You will be notified of times/dates for the clinics as soon as those are set in collaboration with McDowell County Health Department.
Still need more information - no worries! Please reach out to your school nurse for help or contact Shannon Hardee at the McDowell County Health Department for any concerns.
Schools will have the consent forms in the office that you will need to fill out and sign in order for your child to receive a vaccine. You can also request the form to be emailed to you by contacting Ingrida Barker at ibarker@k12.wv.us
