Those campers who are registered are welcome to attend the 2026 Once Upon a Summer Camp for RISING K-3 students and our registered middle and high school scholars for Career Tech Explore Camp!
**If you did not register your child, you may call either Bradshaw or Coalfield / Career Tech Center starting on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 to be placed on a wait-list. Once staff call the registered students to confirm if they are attending, seats may possibly open up.

Bradshaw Site (BES, SS, IES) Rising K-3rd : Mrs. Nikki Hall and Mrs. Jessica Anglin
Coalfield Site (CES) Rising K-3rd: Mr. Brad Hardy and Mr. Gary Estep
Career Tech Site : Mrs. Regina Church
Camp will be held daily for campers from 9:00AM-3:00PM July 16-29, 2026.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day for campers. The Career Explore students will start and end their day each day at Coalfield Elementary or at Bradshaw Elementary.
Esports campers will attend Concord University's E-Sports Camp July 20th - 23rd, 2026. Parents/Guardians must complete Concord University's 2 registration forms before students will be able to attend that part of camp. Mr. Hughes will be calling each family registered to share information and answer any questions that families may have regarding Concord University's Camp. *The other days will be held at the Career Tech Center in our Esports Lab.
A field trip will be held for Once Upon a Summer Camp grades 1st - 3rd on June 24, 2026. Camp leaders will send home permission forms and details on day 1 of camp.
Transportation will be provided using the routes listed on the schedule found here. If you have any transportation concerns, please call Mrs. Tiffany Bailey, Transportation Secretary at 304-436-8441 Ext 2125.
Staff begin their contracts on July 14, 2026. They will begin calling families to check-in and share camp details with you. Please be sure to answer your phone.
